Before you order
Where do you deliver next day?
Anywhere in Toronto for orders before 4 pm; elsewhere in Ontario in 2 to 3 days.
Can I return opened food?
Yes, within 30 days if your pet does not like it. We donate it to a local rescue.
How do I measure for a collar?
Measure the neck where the collar sits with a soft tape, snug but with room for two fingers. Our size finder does the rest.
How does Autoship work?
Choose a product and how often; we send it 10% cheaper each time. Skip or cancel from your account.
